After a detailed analysis of all the facts and statistics, we have decided to perform a major “Rezone Exercise”.
This exercise would provide:
• Increase in number of bookings
• Fewer Recoveries
• Fewer Rejections
• Fewer No Fares and Cancellations
• Better booking coverage
• Less dead mileage
• Improved service for customers
• Extremely short waiting time will appear on App for customer
You will notice a number of zones disappear while some new zones will appear on your PDA. Less bookings producing zones are now merged to create a bigger zone, on the other hand some zones are merged to reduce the confusion among the staff when taking bookings over the phone.
The Zones merged are as following:
• Wednesfield Village, Wednesfield East and Wednesfield North and combined to create Wednesfield
• Bilston East, Bilston Central and Morrisons Bilston are combined to create Bilston
• Ocker Hill is now part of Moxley
• Millfield is now merged into Hateley Heath
• Charlemont is merged into Stonecross
• East Park and Old Heath are merged to make East Park
• Horsley Field is now part of All Saints
• Clayhanger and Shireoak are now part of Brownhills
To enhance and expand our services a major rezoning has also been implemented in the areas below:
• Wolverhampton
• Birmingham
• Dudley
• Sandwell
• Cannock
We are expanding our operations to Coventry soon. The city now has a comprehensive list of independent zones.
You will also witness some new zones far out, these zones will be used to offer special services to seaside. We plan to initiate a marketing campaign for the special locations in the near future.
For this to workout, drivers must dispense all misinformation and trust that all the steps are taken after careful analysis. It will help us increase our customer base and will also generate more bookings for the benefit of the drivers and the company.
