To protect the health and safety of everyone, we all must play our role in keeping everyone safe. As a part of our COVID-19 policy, riders and drivers are required to wear a mask.
If a driver is not wearing a mask, the rider can cancel the ride and complain about the driver or vice versa, this could get escalated to your Local Authorities who are advising drivers to always wear masks when passengers are on board.
Our drivers are also instructed to sanitize the interior of the vehicle by wiping and cleaning all surfaces between each ride.
Further action could be taken on drivers who repeatedly violate mask policies.
