All plan B restrictions, including mask wearing have been put to an end, effective from January 27. The PM has announced that plan B measure will stop on January 26 and compulsory self-isolation for people with Covid on March 24th.
Though, mask wearing is no longer required legally, but will remain mandatory in public transport and crowded spaces.
Events and venues will no longer be required by law to use the NHS Covid pass-but can still use on a voluntary basis.
Any local introduction of mask wearing will be routinely reviewed and removed at the earliest possibility.
The changes apply only to England, as Covid restrictions, as part of health policy, are a devolved matter.
