If New and Amber customers are 10 mins late then their fare will increase by 25%.
If they are 15 min late then their fare will increase by 50% and if they are 20 minutes late then their fare will increase by 100%.
Red Customers are those who will only be able to book a ride through our operators.
New Customers will have a 30% Surge price.
It is important to note that all Drivers are instructed to be available during our Golden Hours:
07:30am to 8:50am from Monday to Sunday.
22:00 to 05:00 on Friday and Saturday Nights.
