End of Recovery Button

The Recovery Button will not available after today

We have recently made changes to allow drivers to see the job they receiving before they accept job.  We believe this is much fairer to all parties.

If job is red then Reject will make a reduced 5 minute penalty only for Cash Jobs. (if this is abused it will increase again)

If job is red then Reject will make 20 minute penalty for an Account Job

If job is green then there is no penalty for Reject

We don’t MAKE drivers do a lot at this company, but if the very few jobs that are red are given to you then there is a good reason for it and you must go.

We covered over 5000 jobs on Saturday and many drivers made well over £200 which means this system is good for drivers and the work we cover.

There is a 30 job limit per day of jobs you can reject, which is plenty and again if we see abuse we will reduce this number.

We do now have the power to increase penalties for just the drivers who abuse the system.  This then treats the vast majority of our GREAT drivers who hardly ever turn down bookings fairly.

These instructions should be very simple, but if you don’t understand, please send a text to 07400247393 where one of our support staff will be happy to call and explain verbally.

Base Car Rent Increase

From week commencing 3rd December a Company Car Rental Will Increase:

  1. Car to yourself 24/7 will be £260 per week.

  2. Car for one shift will be £200 per week.

We appreciate increases are never popular, but this is necessary according to the prevailing market conditions that exist at present
