Introduction
During the last 12 months, we have taken over 2 more bases Ace & Linkup and iCars increasing our work base in Birmingham, Sandwell and Wolverhampton.
Our work in Walsall has increased by 4 fold.
We undertake over 1.5 million jobs per year and to those of you who are old school that is 37500 sheets per year, 3125 sheets per month and 721 sheets per week and 103 sheets per day based on 40 jobs per sheet.
Our base is now in the top 50 operators in the UK in terms of size and by December 2020 we aim to be the largest operator solely operating in the West Midlands I’A.
We are currently in talks with two other bases for a potential takeover.
We are actively working to gain more lucrative account work and school contracts for drivers who want to do this.
Our system makes sure you make your money no matter what time you log on or what time of the year it is. It is our job to ensure you make your money every day.
We strive to give you the best facility and are actively trying improve according to the feedback you give through the support portal. We have invested well over £400,000 in the last 12 months in buying bases, marketing and improving driver facilities.

Fare Inflation of App jobs will be finishing on Monday 6th January 2020
We need to make sure that the company’s huge credit card charge bill is paid.
We believe the customer should be responsible for this, NOT the driver
We are not allowed to uplift card jobs alone so the only method is to lower the uplift and charge it to every job including cash jobs.
To BEGIN with, there will be no uplift to the minimum fare of £3.50 or below. The company will absorb this cost and review after one month of operation.
Instead of charging a minimum 30p or above to App jobs we will instead charge customers an uplift on every job, including cash jobs. The CUSTOMER will pay the Uplift NOT the driver. We have included a screenshot showing the uplift.
WE ARE ALREADY TESTING THIS FOR HIGHER VALUE JOBS
£0.00 – £3.51 = £0.00 Fee Will be Charged to Customer
£3.51 – £20.00 = £0.10p Fee Will be Charged to Customer
£20.00 – £30.00 = £0.30p Fee Will be Charge to Customer
£30.00 – £40.00 = £0.50p Fee Will be Charge to Customer
£40.00 – £60.00 = £1.50p Fee Will be Charge to Customer
£60.00 – £100.00 = £2.50p Fee Will be Charge to Customer
£100.00 – £130.00 = £3.50p Fee Will be Charge to Customer
£130.00 or above = £5.00p Fee Will be Charge to Customer
Below is an actual screenshot from Ghost clearly showing uplift
Booking Fees Can Be Adjusted At Any Time Without Notice
Reason for doing this:
The system is totally transparent
Customers cannot object to pay as THE vast MAJORITY of fares will only have a 10p booking fee.
Drivers were complaining about “hidden” charges now the charges are not hidden
App job bookings will increase massively I’A
TO BE CLEAR THE DRIVER IS NEVER WORSE OFF WITH THIS NEW SYSTEM
Fare Changes already implemented after Driver Survey 2019
Before 1 May 2019 Average Fare was £5.77
Today Average Fare is £6.18
In May 2019 a driver doing 143 jobs earnings = £825.11
In November 2019 a driver doing 143 jobs is = £883.74 (The evidence for this is available for any driver to see by appointment)
It is possible to earn £100 every 7 hours (If you use App correctly and bid)
The average fare increase has been achieved by:
Minimum Fare in Wolves Increased to £4.00 and mileage rate also increased
Elsewhere 6 miles or more jobs increased by up to £2 or more
Birmingham minimum fare £7.50 and £1.80 per mile
Other Fare Increases are also planned
Long jobs are now available every day on Bid and many drivers have been on National Jobs since 1st September
