Our system is capable of texting drivers when they are running late compared to our quoted time or the pre-booked time. Driver’s are requested to move off immediately when they receive a booking. If you arrive before 7 minutes of an ASAP booking and 5 minutes of Pre-booking then no text will be sent. With current issues it will take a long time to build work to where it once was. One thing we can control is drivers setting off on time to a booking. We thank you for your cooperation.
